Why we built Merchella
For years we ran our shops on the big platforms. Every month the bill grew: an app for reviews, another for delivery dates, another for support emails, another to send orders to the warehouse. Each one slowed the shop down a little more.
So we built our own. It runs our stores selling in the UK, the US and Ireland, and now we're opening it to other shop owners.
