Sending orders to a warehouse
Paid orders go to your warehouse by themselves, and tracking comes back.
Go to Warehouses. Only the owner can change connections.
What gets sent
- Only paid orders.
- Only for the countries that warehouse covers.
- Never test or sample orders.
What comes back
When the warehouse sends the parcel, the tracking arrives, the order is marked Sent, and the customer gets one “on its way” email.
Two ways to connect
- Zendbox (direct)
- Orders go straight to Zendbox the moment they're paid. Tracking is collected every 15 minutes.
- WooCommerce-style keys
- For warehouses that collect orders through a WooCommerce plugin, like Fulfillrite.
