You only see the parts your role can open. A number next to Inbox means messages are waiting for a reply.

On your phone

• Press Menu at the top to open the menu.
• Tap a page, outside the menu, or press Escape to close it.
• Add the admin to your home screen and it opens like an app.

More room on a computer

Switch on Auto-hide menu. The menu shrinks to a slim strip of icons and opens when your mouse is over it. Your browser remembers the choice.

More than one shop

If you help run more than one shop, a drop-down at the top of the menu switches between them.

“This isn't part of your role”

You've opened a page your role doesn't include. Ask the shop owner to add it in Team.
