New phone, lost phone, lost computer

Move your code to a new phone, get new backup codes, or sign out everywhere.

Open 2-step sign-in at the bottom of the menu. It only changes your own sign-in.

Got a new phone

  1. Have both phones with you.
  2. Press Move to a new phone and type your password.
  3. Scan the new square with the new phone and type its code.
  4. Save the new backup codes.

Need new backup codes

Press Get new codes and type your password. You get 10 fresh codes and the old ones stop working straight away.

Lost a computer or phone

Press Sign out everywhere. Every device signed in as you is signed out, this one too. Whoever has it would need your password and your phone to get back in.

Lost your phone and your backup codes

Ask the shop owner. In Team, they press Manage next to your name and choose Reset 2-step. You set it up again next time you sign in.
