Cancelling or changing an order

Stop an order going out, or fix a wrong address.

Cancelling

  1. Open the order, press More, then Cancel order.
  2. Press Yes, cancel the order.

Changing the address or email

  1. Press Edit details.
  2. Change what's wrong. Each change shows what it was before.
  3. Changed the email? Tick the box to send the confirmation to the new one.
  4. Save. The change is kept in the order's history.
