Sending an order yourself
Post it, add the tracking, and the customer is emailed.
If a warehouse sends your orders, you don't need this: it adds the tracking itself.
- Post the parcel.
- Open the order and press Mark as sent.
- Choose the courier and type the tracking number.
- The tracking link fills itself in for the common couriers.
- Press Mark as sent. The customer gets an “on its way” email.
Packing slips
Press Packing slip, choose A4 or 4 × 6 inch (label printers), then Print. Slips show no prices, so they're fine for gifts.
