Inside an order

What you'll see

• Items: what they bought, any discount code, delivery and the total.
• Customer: first order or returning, how much they've spent in total, their address, and whether they want offers by email.
• Notes and history: everything that's happened, from payment to emails sent.
• Where they came from: the ad, search or site that brought them.

The bottom bar

Edit details, Packing slip, Add a note, Refund, More, and Mark as sent.

Next to them, a line tells you what happens next, like Ready to send or With the warehouse: nothing to do.

Notes for your team

Press Add a note. Only your team sees notes, never the customer. Quick buttons fill in common ones like Customer rang.

• Send the confirmation again.
• Copy the delivery address.
• See what the customer sees.
• See their other orders.
• Reopen: mark a sent order as not sent.
• Cancel order.
